This tired and deteriorated two bedroom apartment required a complete overhaul after its long-term tenants vacated so that it was ready to be put on the market for new tenants and provide a higher weekly return on investment for the owner. All of the details were carefully considered within the moderate budget in order to create maximum impact with greatest return on investment for our client. Finishes and fixtures needed to be cost effective, durable and sourced quickly. We transformed the rarely used sunroom into a functional and inviting study off the master bedroom. Throughout the property we replaced the carpet and painted, installed a new kitchen and carried out a partial renovation in the bathroom. Our Property Styling service was then engaged to furnish the apartment for photography and open inspections. As a result it was rented within one week of being back on the market and our client made a 100% return on their investment after a re-valuation.
