Want Mi Designers advice but we aren’t in your area – how about a video call and we can “virtually walk “ around your property and offer our advice where ever you are in the world.
This consult will give you an opportunity to discuss your property in detail with a styling professional to ensure your listing stands out from the rest when you go to market. We’ll give you the advice and recommendations so you can present your property to its best potential. This video call will include both styling and makeover tips which you can action in your own time and manage your friendly local trades yourself.
This consult is the perfect investment to ensure you get the highest ROI when you got to market.
T & C’s
This is a 60minute consult – additional time after 60mins is charged in 15minute increments – e.g.: additional 15mins are charged at $75 inc gst.
Consults are paid in advance – 3 days prior to appointment.
Unpaid consults will be voided and the appointment time will have to be rebooked.
This Consult is via video call – Zoom or Skype.
This consult is not done in person on site.
The advise given is verbal – no written material is forwarded after the consult. The call can be recorded from your end so you can refer back to it afterwards.
A 60mins consult is suitable for a 1 – 3 bedroom apartment, 3 bedroom houses and above – will require additional time. Please email to discuss so we can find a suitable package for you.
