Following a discovery phone call, we will conduct an on-site 90 min consult to establish your brief and requirements. We will work with you, your architect & builder at concept/design or construction time to create a space that is both beautiful and functional.

Having your designer at the initial design & planning stage can ensure that your “wish list”, “must haves” & “can’t do withouts” are agreed & implemented early avoiding costly redesign fees & time line blowouts from your architect or builder.

It is an opportunity for us to work with you at a grassroots level to create mood, concept, material & finishes boards to present to your architect & builder. Having visual representations & ideas already formulated is the perfect way to describe to your architect exactly the look & feel you expect them to achieve.

This service also includes the furnishing or updating of existing furniture pieces you’d like to reuse in the property. At MDS we pride ourselves on savvy ideas about updating & refurbishing of existing pieces to create the space you’ve been dreaming within budget. We can also source, supply and install curtains & blinds, reupholster existing pieces, custom design furniture, cabinetry source & supply, designer furniture & accessories at trade prices.
